Start Clock and O Checklist can now import start lists directly from Excel (.xlsx) files. As a result, this tool is no longer needed. CSV start lists continue to be fully supported, but Excel is now the recommended format for new start lists. This tool will remain available until the end of 2026.

This Microsoft Excel spreadsheet creates a CSV file, which can be imported by Start Clock and O Checklist.

There might be some warnings when opening this file, which must be accepted in order to use the spreadsheet. The warnings are:

• PROTECTED VIEW Be careful - files from the Internet... Click on Enable Editing
• SECURITY WARNING Macros have been disabled. Click on Enable Content

If the downloaded file appears as export_csv.zip, rename the file to export_csv.xlsm (Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook).
